Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Το διαμέρισμα μας βρίσκεται λίγα μόνο μέτρα από το κέντρο της Βουρβουρούς , άκρη στο κύμα, με θέα τον κόλπο της Βουρβουρούς και τα όμορφα νησάκια της. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα ή οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μεγάλο ψυγείο με κατάψυξη και μεγάλη ηλεκτρική κουζίνα. Επίσης διαθέτει TV και Α/C και ψησταριά.
