Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Mala i unikatna kućica na brdu sa prelijepim pogledom na NP Kornati te ostale otoke i more. U sredini našeg maslinika u Kalima smjestila se kućica veličine 19m² za sve koje žele biti dio prirode i u miru i tišini provesti praznike na sunčanom otoku Ugljanu. Kućica je moderno uređena sa prelijepom okolicom i voćnjakom.Nalazi se 10minuta pješice od mjesta Kali te je moguće pristupiti sa autom. U blizini je divna šetnica te staza za bicikliste kroz šumu. Ovo je pravo mjesto za savršen miran odmor!

Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Powered with STARLINK Wi-Fi. Dieses Jahr bieten wir wieder unser großes Familienhaus auf der Insel Pašman an. Es ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien, die ein Haus in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand haben wollen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein klassisches Ferienhaus benötigt. Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.

Dear guests, welcome to (y)our home. This beautiful house is located in a small cove in Kukljica, Ugljan Island. Old part of the house is originally built in 1921 by my grandfather who was a sailor and was building it while at home. It was actually the first house in the cove around 100 years ago. Of course, house has been rebuilt and renovated since and there are few more houses around now, but the cove has remained very beautiful and peaceful as always.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax & just enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic , there are not many places around where it literally feels like the sea is your backyard, My place is located in a quiet part of Bibinje, walking distance to most amenities & restaurants in Bibinje. Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
