With its own beautiful entertainment area. We live in a tree lined street very close to coffee club Buderim’s best eateries and shops. Close to bus stops and Buderim falls. We have unlimited WIFI. No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Enjoy expansive views to the ocean from Maroochydore to Mount Coolum and Yandina. Step out to your private deck and relax on the outdoor lounge. The private ensuite has been newly renovated with stone and subway tiles. Includes small microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The rustic timber cottage hides a lovely white, bright room with king bed and attached bathroom. The cottage is nestled in tropical gardens, with a sunny front porch where breakfast can be enjoyed. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Peaceful, private & well located for short drive to beautiful beaches such as Maroochydore and Alex Headland; Close to national parks & scenic walks; Great local cafes, breweries, restaurants. Short drive to local shopping centres. You'll love my place because of the location and restful atmosphere. Fantastic getaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
