Located in a quiet, family-friendly tourist residence offering: private underground parking, 2 saunas and 1 gym, 1 games room (table football, table tennis), 1 tennis court (booking required) and 1 storage/drying area for ski equipment. The flat comprises: entrance hall with storage space, master bedroom (2 single beds), triple bedroom, bathroom, living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, TV, dining area, separate WC. A cleaning service is compulsory and automatically included in the price (€130). Bed linen, towels and household linen are automatically included in the price (€25/person) for the winter season, and are optional in summer to facilitate management by the service provider (high demand in winter). Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed and parties prohibited. Washing machine available in the basement upon reservation with the residence concierges. During the winter and summer holidays, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. The rest of the year: minimum 4 nights, any day. Apartment classified as a 3-star ‘furnished tourist accommodation’ by the Haute-Savoie Tourist Office since 5 August 2023.
