The “PALMITO” apartment, with an area of 60 m², includes: - a large living-dining room with insert fireplace, television and a ceiling fan. Open to the fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, citrus press and blender. - a large bedroom with a “King size” bed (180 x 200) or twin beds (90 x 200) of your choice, 2 large wardrobes with large drawers, 2 bedside tables, a ceiling fan. - a bathroom with shower, sink, WC, hairdryer & welcome products. - a private Mediterranean-style terrace and garden, with table, chairs, hammock & deckchairs; view of the countryside, fields of almond and olive trees, where you can enjoy the superb sunsets. - two possible entrances: one private via the garden terrace, and the other via the pool side porch. - a private carport. For 3 people (or 2 who wish to sleep separately), we install a single bed of 90 cm x 200 cm in the living room (see photo)

Water, rocks and profuse vegetation around the house's yard, make an unique spot. Villena is the capital of Alicante's inland tourism. Located between the central Spanish cities and the shores of Alicante, this city was a veritable linking point in History. Its important monuments are a prove of that.
