Situated in the heart of the town Gran Tarajal, you will find this bright apartment with spectacular ocean and beach views. The apartment has two bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate four people. The living room is very spacious, with a 55inch SmartTv and a fully equipped kitchen, including oven, washing machine and drier. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main windows of the room and catch a memorable sunset directly from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

Aparcas sin dar mucha vuelta, sin estrés. Gratis, además. Te bajas del coche, te diriges al alojamiento, abres la puerta y ahí están: las escaleras. Uf… un segundo piso y con maleta. No pasa nada. Subes. Esperas que valga la pena. Llegas arriba, abres la puerta. A la derecha, dormitorios y baño. A la izquierda, salón con cocina abierta. Sigues avanzando. Dos ventanales. Te acercas. Miras. ¡Guau! Ha valido cada escalón. Sales al balcón, miras el mar, respiras hondo. Empiezan tus vacaciones.

Brisa Mar es un alojamiento situado justo en la playa de Gran Tarajal que ofrece unas vistas espectaculares. Se encuentra en el mismo paseo marítimo, el cual ofrece restaurantes, terrazas y un agradable paseo hasta el muelle deportivo. This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
