In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8) and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), a family-sized pool, and several outdoor areas for dining and lounging. A hot tub is available from October to April (90 mins per day). Thanks to the micro-climate and the villa’s full central heating, it is ideal for summer holidays & winter vacations. It is under 2km to the village.
