The Pod on the Hill

Situated approx.2.5 miles outside the village of Port Ellen, the POD offers peace, quiet and relaxation after exploring the distilleries and the joys of the Island. Port Ellen and Laphroaig can be seen from the POD which overlooks Kilnaughton Bay. The path to the three distilleries on this side of the Island starts in the village, taking you first to Laphroaig then Lagavulin , finishing at Ardbeg where delicious food is available. Gartartan is spacious with efficient underfloor heating and insulation. The open-plan living area has an abundance of light, wooden flooring throughout and a modern wood-burning stove. Bluebell cabin with wood fired hot tub

Bluebell cabin is set in an spruce plantation which is a 25min walk into Port Ellen . Outside the cabin features a log fired hot tub with views over the Oa perfect for relaxing after a day of taking in the scenery or distillery tours, the gas BBQ and viewing deck will leave you feeling peaceful and content. Inside is home to a sleeping Mezzanine, kitchen area, electric heating and a modern bathroom with a log fired stove at the very heart of the cabin. Slainte! Karen & Richard

The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

Dunseverick Harbour Cottage (Adult only)

Dunseverick Harbour Cottage is set in a stunning location overlooking the harbour.The cottage is a warm cosy home with breath taking sea views from every window overlooking the Causeway Coast and Rathlin Island.The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay on the stunning north coast.The causeway coast path passes the front gate with beautiful walks in every direction to Whitepark Bay, Ballintoy, Carrickarede rope bridge and the Ulster Way to the Giants Causeway.

Lower Garden Flat

This lower flat has a combined kitchen and lounge. The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. They are in the wooden shed nearest the flats. TV is provided. Extra blankets are provided for bedrooms. There is drawer and wardrobe space. The flat is heated by storage heaters. All bed linen and towels are provided. An outdoor seating area is provided and there is off road parking. Wifi is provided.

To the back of No7, you’ll find a good sized garden with views down to Lagavulin Bay.
