The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

Welcome to HABITAT – a peaceful farmhouse on the edge of Lagodekhi forest. Surrounded by fields, woodland, and a natural reservoir, our 3,500 m² property offers complete privacy with no neighbors. It’s also the perfect base for hikers, with trails to Ninoskhevi Waterfall, Black Rock Lake, and Machi Fortress nearby.
