The Outpost. A Western Boom town located in Grand Rivers, Ky. The cabins are perfect for you to stay and enjoy downtown or have a small group escape. These studio cabins take you back to the 1800’s, visiting the Saloon, General Store, US Post, Dentist, or Blacksmith rooms. Our cozy 24’x 10’ cabins sleep two. We are conveniently located just a minutes’ walk from all the fun Grand Rivers has to offer and a quick 5-minute drive from the Land Between the Lakes National Park North Welcome Center!

The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Black Eagle Retreat is an 1800 sq foot luxury chalet nestled atop of a two acre hillside with 180 degree views of Kentucky Lake. This three bedroom modern A-frame boasts floor to ceiling windows, an expansive open concept living area, fireplace, full kitchen and a large deck equipped with a grill and hot tub. It is the perfect getaway for a romantic weekend or for friends and family to enjoy nature. The property is also home to a pair of bald eagles, so don't forget your cameras!

This home on Lake Barkley has 6 Bedrooms, sleeping 16 people in the main house. There is a second Barndominum across from the main house.with 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. Bardominum also has a bathroom, kitchen, and ping pong table. We also have available an RV that could sleep 6 more people. Perfect for entertaining a large family or group! Access to shared boat dock where one boat can be parked. There is deep water all year long. Pets allowed in Barndominium.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats, thanks! If you would like to use the bicycles let us know when booking.If traveling with a group, check adjoining Cubby Hollow for availability!
