Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Private parking in front of the house, also space for caravans and campers. We rent the room on a weeky basis.

Unser Apartment besticht durch seine herrliche Lage unweit des Sees. Es ist hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen mit Blick in den schönen Garten. In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am See und kann direkt im Strandbad schwimmen gehen. Zur schönen Altstadt von Überlingen ist es auch nicht weit. Zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Ein Bus fährt vor der Haustüre, Parken kann man auf der ruhigen Wohnstrasse kostenlos.

Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses, in dem ich mit meiner Familie lebe. Sie haben direkten Zugang zu unserem großzügigen Garten, der von idyllischen Feldern und einem Wald umgeben ist. Selbstverständlich dürfen Sie ihn mitbenutzen. Ein Stellplatz für Ihr Auto ist auch inbegriffen.
