In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Two balconies invite you to have breakfast and linger. The lake with the shore park is 100m away, the ferry and ships are 400m away. Perfect location!

Oase der Ruhe in Seenähe... Captain's House

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr beschaulich und völlig ruhig in einer Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.

Retro Wohnung plus Bauwagen direkt am See

meine Ferienwohnung ist im Retrostil eingerichtet. Sie ist Halbparterre in einer alten Villa von 1910. Die Villa steht in einem parkähnlichen Garten (3000 qm) mit altem Baumbestand. Direkter Seezugang. In der Wohnung(64 qm) können 3 Personen übernachten .Dazu(!)kann ein Bauwagen als zusätzliches Zimmer (bei 4 Personen/3 Erwachsenen)gebucht werden . Der Bauwagen steht im Park. (Der Bauwagen kann nicht benutzt werden, wenn er nicht ausdrücklich zum Schlafen gebucht wird.

Das Attikaloft am Schweizer Bodenseeufer ist perfekt geeignet für Urlauber und Geschäftsreisende, die auf der Suche nach einer aussergewöhnlichen Unterkunft mit einmaliger Panoramaseesicht sind. Die Wohnung ist funktonal und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und die Bahnhaltestelle wie auch der See sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der schöne Uferweg lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

Haus am See

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
