Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

It's walking distance to BW College and stadium, St. Adalberts, the infamous, beautiful Metroparks, yummy restaurants-even a local brewery. It's a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland, and 5 more to the Cleveland Clinic. With 600 count all white bedding, this home proves a spotless choice that will provide a luxurious sleep.

Nestled between two other ports, Pt Bruce boasts great perch fishing. Just a 2 minute drive to the pier and beach, or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.
