Great water front family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. We purchased our home is 2006 and began a complete interior and exterior renovation. In 2023 we installed solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station, yet we also have access to the grid for cloudy days and when power demand exceeds what our panels generate. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs there is a rec room, bathroom, and kitchenette for rainy days. Enjoy the air hockey table darts, and foosball. The large screened in back porch overlooks the backyard, fire pit and waterway. Watch the family play all day.
