Our home resides in Page, AZ in Ranchettes Estates on a 2-acre plot of horse property. We have plenty of room for parking, a quiet neighborhood, spacious room due to size of lot. Breathe taking views in every direction, especially of the Vermillion Cliffs to the west from the back yard. Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Popular attractions such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are within 10-20 minutes.

Pavlova's is an 1800 square foot state of the art dance studio with sprung oak floors, mirrors, ballet barres, yoga mats, therabands, and piano. The bathroom features shower, bidet, lighted mirrors and boutique amenities, refrigerator in studio.. Our atrium is enhanced with live foilage and spiral staircase decorated with candles for a romantic ambiance. The king size bed is comfy and roomy. My husband Gerry is a home coffee roaster. This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.
