The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. A bit off the beaten path, we are located approximately half a mile from route 7. We offer private bedroom with access to private bathroom. While the bathroom is not an 'en suite' bathroom, it is situated just next to the private bathroom and is for exclusive use of our Airbnb room guests. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Leesburg and less than 10 minutes from Purcellville.
