Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Upstairs is a separate bathroom with shower, a spacious bedroom with Juliette balcony and separate changing room. It has gas central heating and wi-fi.

We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, 3.8l air fryer, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.

Note the size of the bed please (1 x small double) and it has 1 private bathroom, not 1.5!
