Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

In beautiful rural North Yorkshire, Hill View Cottage is a bright and cosy self contained cottage. Upstairs is a studio, (bed sitting room), while downstairs kitchen and bathroom. This unique cottage has stunning 180 degree uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. It also has free off street parking and a patio for alfresco dining. Two miles from Malton, this little gem is a great base to explore the beautiful local area a short drive from the historic city of York and the coast.

The Deer View

Take time out and relax in this calm, stylish, rural space. Enjoy spending time in the luxury setting, surrounded by farmland and nice views with your home amenities. Take in the views from your super king bed, large freestanding bath or the Juliet balcony. Relax in the large living area watching your favourite films on the 75inch smart TV, WIFI and surround sound. You have a kitchen that is equipped with electric fan cooker and 2 hobs to cook your meals and a dinning table to eat them at.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Unwind in our stunning 18th century, 1 bed barn conversion with beamed ceilings and open plan living space. Outside there is a south facing secure court yard with your own private access. Situated in a tranquil village within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village boasts a fine dining pub with other local pubs within a short distance or even visit Malton the food capital. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting Castle Howard, the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York.

Unwind in our stunning 3 bed barn conversion with its high beamed ceilings and bright and airy open plan living space, all fitted out to a high standard. The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

The bedsheds are modern in design, offering little luxuries throughout. We have thought of your every need for a great escape for two!. If you’re looking for somewhere to spend time, relaxing with lovely views or to explore the amazing attractions in North Yorkshire, we’re in a great location to do both. With heating and log burners we are able to offer cosy breaks all year round. A great space for romantic Escape, friends get away or work! We can’t accommodate Children/ infants Dogs/pets

The Mill House

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

Historic cottage, wood-fired hot tub + village pub

Three hundred year old sandstone, exposed timber beams, and the kind of warmth that comes from old walls, open fires and underfloor heating. Yew Tree Cottage @ Kingfisher and Yew sits opposite a dog-friendly village pub. Take long walks from the front door. Light the wood-fired hot tub in the walled garden and toast your toes by the fire. This Grade II listed cottage is seven minutes from the market town of Malton. Featured in Living North's top self catering retreats.

Luxurious rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 3 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Set in the countryside within easy reach for pretty towns, the coast, York and various attractions, you will find "The Byre". This self-contained, barn with traditional beams, underfloor heating, and special touches, offers a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring. Your stay is made that little extra special...you can put your feet up with a Nespresso coffee, a boxset on Netflix or music on the Bose. Or now enjoy the sun in theprivate garden.
