Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi. From it's spacious breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan your adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

We are located in the center of Leelanau County's Wine Country; a birding, cycling and hiking, paradise. We are within close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and surrounded by miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. You can enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of sandy beach frontage. You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S'mores at the fire pit.
