Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. Elie Villa is a peaceful and centrally-located flat, situated on the ground floor. The property has one double bedroom and comes with off street parking. There is a relaxing living room with TV and sofa bed. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer shelf, coffee machine, hob, oven, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is no washing machine for clothes but a launderette is located at the end of road on the high st. An outdoor table and chairs is at the rear on the patio to use.

One bedroom ground floor flat with very peaceful garden. The property is lovely and cosy and has direct access to your very own garden. If you walk left when you exit the front door you will find yourself right at the beach. If you turn right you will come across an array of independent restaurants, bars and little bespoke shops selling their beautiful items. Please be aware this bathroom is been refurbished and from February will have a walk in shower not a bath.

Beautiful walks from Maldon including Beeleigh falls. There is also the renowned Maldon Promenade to visit. Offering a self contained annexe split over two floors. Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
