Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Guest controls heat/air. This space functions as an "Inn", so there will be no personal items on the premises and it is meticulously cleaned after each guest. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.
