It's located 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach by car and 4.3 miles by bike/trail. Lewes Beach is 4 miles away. SeaRenity has unlimited free parking and is well equipped for shorter/longer stays. Walking distance to Lefty's (bowling, arcade, restaurant, drive-in movies), Matts Fish Camp restaurant.

A short bike ride to downtown Rehoboth, the boardwalk & the beach. 3 full bedrooms each with its own full bathroom as well as a comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping for 10 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable accommodations, plenty of beach equipment and a screened in porch provides an outdoor dining option. A ground level patio includes outdoor lounge furniture and a sun deck is available off the 3rd fl master bedroom.

Use our complimentary parking permit for beach parking, or hop on nearby DART. Stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators. Included linens, beach towels, bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and boogie boards!

Rosewood Beach House - 5 stars for Sparkling Clean

Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass to Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Free parking for 4 cars on the property. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms, sleeps 12, with 3.5 baths. Two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table.

The Artist’s Barn Studio

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

A large pool is located right next to the building. A beach parking permit is provided during your stay here. All guests must be 25+ (except for the minors that must be accompanied by a legal guardian). ID’s may be requested. For the security of our property, a Ring camera is on the front door.
