Lots of local hiking trails with beautiful scenery.

It features 3 bedrooms - downstairs bedroom is a traditional enclosed room, 2 upstairs bedrooms are unique open loft spaces that are visible to each other. A room separating curtain is there for privacy. There's the convenience of two baths with a lovely claw foot soaker tub. The cottage has 180 degree views of Penns Creek and private creek access and firepit about 100 steps away.

This renovated cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located on the beautiful Shade Mountain, it is a great spot to relax and unwind. Great for the family. Beds are two double beds, 1 single bed, a futon in our sitting room that sleeps 1 person. The cabin has running water, an indoor bathroom that includes a flush toilet, sink and a shower designed for shorten showers. A modernized kitchen has basic cooking accessories to prepare meals as well a coffee bar.

This beautiful furnished log cabin is nestled against the mountainside within the Beaver Lake community; approximately 25 minutes from Worlds End State park, 25 minutes from Rickett's Glen State Park, and 15 minutes from Hughesville.
