The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is perfect for medical and business professionals! Please ask about dates, I have more days available then show on the calendar.

There is no stove/oven but we do have a dbl hot plate, toaster oven and lots of kitchen cooking gadgets. Bedroom with Queen bed, bath w/shower.

Confluence point where the two rivers meet, walking and bike riding trails all along the river offer beautiful views. Also close to St. Joes hospital. Pet welcome with a $40.00 extra pet cleaning fee.
