Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Val D'or Olive Village

Val D'or Olive Village represents an new unique touristic resort by offering 10 independent villas guided by a central touristic hotel, all surrounded by olive stables which are approximately 500+ years old. Located in the vicinity of Valdanos bay, it is the only part of the olive grove build and all surrounded by olives where you will hear only the bird whispers. Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

Villa Tatjana is a two-house sea-front complex with a private infinity pool, situated in precious natural environment, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat airport. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. Both houses are fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Apartment is located on the hill above the old Town, overlooking the whole town of Ulcinj. In the hot summer days you can feel the light breeze on the huge terrace.. A lot of space, pine wood nearby equipped with everything you need just to feel like home.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
