This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Beach cottage, newly remodeled, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to 11 st beach access, outlet mall and well known restaurants. You'll find total relaxation by the fire on the patio, in the hot tub under the stars or with a cup of coffee on the deck as the sun rises. A couple yards away from an ocean bluff where the sun sets are breathtaking. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, patio, hot tub and hide-a-bed.
