Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Spacious two-bedroom in-law suite attached to 1700’s farmhouse, situated on our small flower farm and garden co-op just 20 minutes from Boston. Only a mile from the Mass Pike & Rt. 128 (I-95). Centrally located to all Rt. 128 businesses, colleges & hospitals. A 7-min drive to Riverside Green line “D” subway stop into Boston (parking available), or commuter rail stops (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). It's a 20-minute drive to Amtrak's "Route 128" station to NYC and points south.

On a converted educational farm, this recently renovated carriage house is perfect for a couple or young family. It is quiet, rural setting, but has easy access to Boston / Cambridge. There is a large yard / garden, which backs up onto conservation land and hiking trails. There is also a barn on the property with goats and chickens. Only a short drive to shops and restaurants in Lexington and Concord, as well as historical attractions like Walden Pond, Lexington Green, and Concord Museum.

Spacious Strawberry Hill Suite (West Cambridge)

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

Cottage Suite "A" - Walk to Shops, Train, History

This is a private unit with no shared areas. It is the front corner of our house and is completely separate. However, you will share walls like in an apartment. Kitchen includes: sink, microwave, fridge, Keurig, and water boiler. Private gated outside lawn and patio. History, nature, dining & shopping are very close by. Open and welcoming to ALL types of people. There is TV with internet (Prime & Netflix) but NO LIVE TV OR CABLE

This memorable hidden gem in historical Acton, is anything but ordinary. With your own parking area and semi-private entrance this tastefully decorated guest house is close to many hot spots. The Bruce Freemen Rail Trail, Nara Park, Kimball’s farm in Westford and historical Concord just to name a few. Situated Thirty minutes west of Boston makes it easily accessible to all routes north, south, east and west.
