Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Restaurants abound.

There is a seasonal summer outdoor pool for registered guests, and a winter indoor pool/hot tub—Ski locker outside of the unit. Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain is included. Please be respectful to our neighbors. No parties or events. Absolutely no pets or smoking. Maximum of 5 guests.

Queen bed and sofa that extends to a queen bed. Enjoy your private patio, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool, game room, hot tub, and patio. Enjoy all that Lincoln has to offer for hiking, skiing, and site seeing. No pets are allowed on the property or premises and this is a non smoking property.

Sapling Yurt

A short walk through the garden brings guests to this backyard yurt which was handcrafted on a New Hampshire family farm out of many species of local saplings. The handmade door and large skylight let in lots of natural light; you'll rise and set with the sun and watch the stars from the full-size bed. Two small single-sized floor mattresses fold up to make low chairs. A counter, fridge, and sink allow guests to make simple meals.
