Located at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, amidst the White Mountains of New Hampshire, guests can immerse themselves in nature’s beauty during romantic hikes and a variety of other awe-inspiring outdoor activities. Enjoy delicious food at nearby restaurants, and take advantage of the resort’s two swimming pools and Jacuzzi for rest and relaxation. Relax by the Pemigewasset River in the back of our complex!

Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi. Plenty of parking, private keypad entry and access to gardens and yard on property, fully stocked kitchen and WiFI!

ALSO NO hidden costs or cleaning fees added (we figure you should see what you are paying up front!).
