Cozy Detroit Cabin

We purchased this cabin as our family's vacation home and wanted to share the peace and comfort it has afforded us with others. The home was built in 2005 in withstood the terrible fires that destroyed a large number of buildings in 2020. Thankfully our cabin survived and the town is rebuilding! The cabin located right off of Highway 22 across from Detroit Lake. The cabin is surrounded by trees on a quiet dead end road. Has heating and air conditioning, as well as high speed internet. *no pets

Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion.
