Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

meadow view is a one bedroom detached guest house located on a working farm near to the main farm house overlooking stunning field views. Meadow view i one bedroom property with a king size bed and an ensuite . There is also a pull out sofa bed in the bedroom. fully functioning kitchen, dishwasher . Large Lounge that has a pull out sofa bed, with bi folding doors out onto the patio. Garden area with seating. Please note : the bedroom and en suite is upstairs washer and dryer in main farmhouse
