A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

This three room apartment has a bright and colorful kitchen with all amenities you might need for a great stay if you choose to cook, a large living room with a sofa and an extra sleeper sofa, a romantic king size bedroom and a wonderful jewel like bathroom with a claw foot tub that has been lovingly redone.

Little Moose Lodge

Our Moose Lodge is a four season rustic cabin (tiny house) located on our Mohawk River waterfront property. This cozy warm cabin was built using on site and local timber as well as reclaimed lumber. Includes full kitchen, full bath and loft with two full beds. First floor has a small couch that can be pulled out to accommodate more guests if needed. Smart TV sits above the large gas fireplace. Internet included as well as local channels. Feel free to use the BBQ grill.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. The screened-in front porch provides the opportunity to relax on the couch or dine at the spacious banquette, all while taking in the beauty of the Upstate New York surroundings. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For several hundred years our family has been a part of the Cooperstown community and we look forward to sharing it with you! On over 20 acres of land , you can explore the beautiful landscape of water and woods. Just over the hill from Otsego Lake. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

A cozy and comfy one-bedroom on one side of a duplex with everything you need and nothing you don’t. King bed? Check. Pull-out couch? Yup. Eat-in kitchen for cereal or gourmet (we don’t judge), office nook for “work,” and a fresh bathroom with a new faucet and toilet. Garage parking, shared driveway, laundry in the basement. Not fancy, but way nicer than you’d expect. Perfect for resting, showering, and recharging.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
