A stones throw from the artisan Post Office Café Gallery serving barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh offers year round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant are accessible on foot. Our local pub The Suie provides a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
