Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 long singles beds, ideal for adults or children. Situated only 100 metres from the Main Street, gives you easy access to shops, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
