However, bus stops are near and I have 2 old bikes. This is my part-time home, happily shared when I’m away.

The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, coffee and tea icluded. City bicycle rental is around the corner.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Väga mugav ja stiilselt sisustatud väike korter Tartu linnas. Korteris on kõik eluks vajalik olemas. Võimalus teha süüa nii pliidil, kui ka ahjus. Olemas külmkapp ja pesumasin. Soovi korral saab teha ahju tule. Korter asub vanas puitmajas kesklinnast jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karlova piirkonnas. Lähedal on olemas toidupood, baarid ja söögikohad. Samas majas on saadaval ka teine sarnane korter.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
