One of the oldest houses in the very centre of Mayfair, just off Berkeley Square, dating to 1729 — the best location for exploring central London on foot. Built by Thomas Cubitt — the builder of Buckingham Palace. Early Check-in: when possible, we can take your luggage early or offer an early check-in. Cost is £50, as it changes our schedule & adds work to our housekeeper.

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.
