Set in a peaceful village location, we are just 5 mins away from the historic market town of Yarm with it's many cafes, bars and restaurants. The Teesdale Way and River Tees are on the doorstep. Perfect location to explore North Yorkshire Moors with cities such as York, Durham and Newcastle within an hours drive.

Lovely setting on a working farm with fabulous views situated on the Western edge of the North York Moors National Park. Newly decorated, brand new bathroom , new sofa, table and chairs and brand new king size bed and mattress. Potto is a very small village with no shops, but a Tomahawk restaurant and bar . Swainby nearby has two pubs a coffee shop the Rusty Bike a small gift shop and at the weekend the Village store is open serving good coffee and some local groceries .
