Swan Lake is a newly constructed home in Southern Lancaster County. The house is situated on 12.5 Acres with pond, gazebo. This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. Numerous hiking trails and the Susquehanna River within minutes. Working Amish farms surround this property and yet you are within 30 Minutes of Lancaster City. Our home at Cozy Hollow is the perfect place for a relaxing + peaceful stay with your friends and family. Three bedrooms and one bath will sleep six people comfortably. We have a well-equipped kitchen for your cooking needs and a relaxing and spacious living area, along with a laundry room. There is also an outdoor living space that includes a grill, patio, and hot tub. The sound of the spring-fed creek directly across the road makes nights around the campfire the best way to end your days.

Cabin is very charming, but rustic. Kitchen has full size frig, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, toaster+ keurig. Coffee, condiments, soap & shampoo provided. There is a gas grill. Guests provide their qs sheets, towels, campfire wood & drinking water. A variety of dvd’s & games, hot water in & outside shower & tub. Tubes for floating provided, swim your own risk. Fire pit, creek is stocked. Steps to deck overlooking the creek.Trash goes home with guests, smoking on the decks only.
