The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). Quiet village location, with on-site free secure CCTV parking, close to motorways and places of interest. Short driving distance of Leeds and the historic city of York. South Milford train station just a 2 minutes drive. Our location is suitable for both business and pleasure. Close by; we have Fairburn Ings, Xcape/ Junction 32 shopping outlet and Sherburn Aero Club.

There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!
