The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Annex at Retreat House

Retreat House is an 18th century merchant's house located a few metres from the Strand and Exe estuary in Topsham. Recently refurbished, we have 2 guest suites included which are separate to the main house with independent access. The Studio is on the ground floor with a double bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, sink, toaster and fridge). The Attic occupies it's own floor accessed via a private staircase with twin beds and a bathroom.
