A romantic retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The hot tub is a must for relaxing in, which is available all year round. There is a log burner in the winter months for that cosy and romantic ambience. The village pub, which serves good food and drink, is only an 8 minute walk away. There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the village too. We have books and games and Alexa and the TV is Netflix enabled. It's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
