Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Tiny Home on Alpaca Farm Asheville 15 Minutes Away

The Peacock Cottage features wood ceilings & walls, tile floors, kitchenette & a nice sized shower. A large picture window lets the natural light in w/ a view of a pasture w/ alpaca, sheep, & a Scotland Highland cow! Enjoy a 2nd pasture w/ 4 friendly goats; as well as 12 egg laying hens and an organic garden (seasonal) & 2 small creeks. With the serenity of being in the country, this property sits only 2 minutes off the interstate and is as close as 15 minutes from the heart of Asheville.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. Come submerge yourself in nature and enjoy our Rustic Birch Cabin. The cabin is located in the woods but is conveniently located close to (5 mins) the interstate, shops, and grocery stores. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen, double bed - bedroom, bathroom, private screened-in porch and fenced-in yard for your sweet pup! Enjoy a coffee or craft beer in front of the toasty propane log fireplace or while listening to the sounds of native birds and wildlife on the back porch.
