Charming 2BD Bungalow on Lush Coconut Plantation

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

Koggala Lake Villa 1

Private colonial style luxury property including 2 Villas on Koggala Lake (Villa 1 and Villa 2) including big garden, kitchen, swimming pool, chill area and private parking. We offer separately Villa 1 with 3 spacious rooms with big balconies or terrace (6 guests maximum). All rooms have A/C, private bathroom and toilet, locker and all the necessary things to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Please note that Villa 2 can be occupied by other clients or book it by request.

Licuala: Tropical House (300m to beach)

Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

This villa is a gem of a property resting on a peaceful area of the massive Koggala Lake about 15 km from the historic town of Galle. It has a private jetty & it's possible to hire a boat with driver to go on a sunrise or sunset cruise around the lake. There is one bedroom upstairs & the other two on the ground floor. All have air con as well as over head fans. The villa comes with a Chef + house staff to look after you.
