Hi Everyone! Please see my profile for other beautiful houses I have listed in Chiang Mai! This is a unique hand-crafted teak house nestled on the foothills of Doi Suthep Mountain. It is in a very green, verdant area, a neighborhood filled with cafes, restaurants, temples, and the popular Ban Khang Wat artist boutique and market. The house is three stories tall, and has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It has a full kitchen and living room, fast internet, and off-street parking.

We are living as a family (us and our young son) a bit outside to the East of Chiang Mai along our rice fields which are at the fringe of a small village, which is located at the fringe of Chiang Mai, ca 20 km / 30 Minutes out of town. The complete estate is powered by our Solar system including battery storage, which means we are green by design with no power cuts/blackouts.
