Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. O nosso estúdio fica situado na Fonte Boa dos Nabos, um bairro tranquilo a menos de dois quilómetros (menos de vinte minutos a pé) do centro histórico. É um espaço muito sossegado, junto de campos verdes, cavalos, palmeiras e o pôr do sol incrível de frente. Foi recém construído no passado mês de Junho 2024. O estúdio tem apenas uma janela de sótão, a porta da rua e a ventilação na parede da rua, como se pode ver nas fotos.
