The attic is accessed through an external staircase, completely independent. The parking and the laundry area (washing machine and dryer) are common spaces that are available to guests at all times. You access the garage through an automatic door with a remote control that we will provide you as soon as you get home :) In addition to the independent access to the attic through the exterior staircase, you will find the door that connects with the private garden where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and the outdoor shower to cool off. The main advantage is that, respecting the privacy of the well-defined independent spaces, you have us at your disposal at home, by phone or WhatsApp for any question, recommendation, surprise that you want to prepare your partner or problem that may arise during your stay. The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Whether you decide to rent a car during your stay and enjoy your own schedule and the convenience of having private parking, as if you do not need a car, the penthouse is well located in the center of the town, with a bus stop nearby that will allow you to move through the island to the main destinations. It is 50 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport (TFS airport) and 15 minutes from Tenerife North airport (TFN airport). Taxis are not expensive, and you can hire them by phone, or requesting such services.

Savanna Beach Amazing apartment with jacuzzi

Las cristaleras del salón se deslizan una sobre la otra y el balcón queda completamente abierto al mar. En la zona de la terraza hay una gran cama balinesa (180x180), un Jacuzzi climatizado con iluminación nocturna y una zona de asientos para poder relajarte leyendo un libro o tomando un cóctel. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones con vistas al mar. Una de ellas está completamente acristalada creando así un espacio amplio y luminoso. Tanto las cristaleras del salón como las de las dos habitaciones disponen de estores opacos automáticos para así crear privacidad entre una zona y otra a la hora de dormir. Las dos camas de las habitaciones son de 150x190 con buenos colchones firmes y espuma viscolástica. Cada cama dispone de dos almohadas viscolásticas y dos normales. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite. Las duchas son a ras de suelo y el agua cae desde el techo a modo de lluvia. Los lavabos son de piedra natural. Hay una zona de pufs ideal para relajarte viendo la Smart TV con Netflix. Podrás ver todos los canales de televisión de tu país. También puedes sacar la TV de la pared y girarla para verla desde el sofá. El sofá de lino natural blanco se convierte en una gran cama con medidas de 160x200. La wifi es de alta velocidad. La climatización es por Airzone pudiendo controlar así la temperatura ideal en cada zona del apartamento. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y puedes cocinar cualquier plato en ella. Dispone de horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, lavadora/secadora, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, batidora, exprimidor, etc. Ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía y el estilo de vida mediterráneo.
