It is a renovated 1980s home redesigned by @Haus Studio, featuring bright, naturally ventilated rooms, a sea-facing main hall with folding doors, and a peaceful courtyard shared by the hall and two bedrooms. The house sleeps 12 guests and includes two bedrooms, a kitchen with basic cookware, two bathrooms, a dining area, and flexible living space perfect for small events or family stays.
