From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. This modern and spacious apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña. It has been recently renovated and it is our home when we stay in Madrid. It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions. Originally my photography studio, it retains its open layout, artistic spirit, and unique charm, perfect for couples’ getaways.
