Loft Room @ Craigrossie

The Loft Room@Craigrossie is a self-catering space for two on Craigrossie Game Farm, 8 km (3kms on good gravel road) outside of Clarens towards Golden Gate. The self-contained space has a loft room with views over the dams & mountains, a queen bed with 100% cotton bedding, bathroom and a kitchenette downstairs. A borehole supplies water. DSTV, WiFi, tea, coffee & kitchen essentials (spices & olive oil) are provided. Bring your own rod for catch & release trout fishing (daily rod fees apply).

Cottage Goji, Domaine Sérénité

Domaine Serenite is an eco-friendly leisure farm 20 min drive from Clarens, surrounded by the beautiful Lesotho Mountains. It is accessible through 5.5km of unsealed road, 4WD is advised during rain season. We live 100% off the grid, windmill turbine and solar panels generate our electricity. Our micro-farm was set up to be energy conscious while allowing very comfortable and luxury accommodation. Tugela River Lodge: River House with Hot Tub

Tugela River Lodge is a pet friendly, self-catering Eco-Lodge, located on a private cattle and game farm on the banks of the Tugela River, near Winterton, KZN, South Africa. We run off solar and gas and invite guest to come and enjoy the quiet side of nature. Our lodge has access to many miles of trails for hiking, biking and running through our private game farm where one can get up close and personal with our resident giraffe. The sounds of the river are sure to put you to sleep at night!

Bellevue Berg Cottage

Situated halfway between Winterton and Bergville, our charming farm cottage is nestled on a working cattle and crop farm. With a magnificent view of picturesque farm lands, surrounded by glorious mountains. This private freestanding cottage sleeps 6 and is fully contained for self-catering use, it is the perfect weekend getaway for groups or families. To note, we do have dogs for protection that are well behaved but may pop around for a visit. The farm is enclosed by an electric fence.

Only 6 minutes drive from The Clarens Square and 26 restaurants, yet you can unwind completely in the peacefulness of the wind and sunshine. Lovely walks. Electric blankets and wood burning fires , fully equipped kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms including one with 4 bunk beds. It's huge but homely.

Waterfall River Lodge

This is a unique, comfortable, fully kitted, self-catering house sleeping 8/10 people. Hidden in a quiet corner of our working farm it overlooks a pristine section of the Wilge River, with the famous waterfall and Nelson's Kop mountain providing spectacular scenery. Guests will be able to enjoy absolute peace, uninterrupted views and walks in almost every direction. Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

Glenside, an historic Drakensberg farmhouse

This gracious farmhouse situated on a working farm is over 100 years old. It is an ideal getaway for large families and friends. Explore the farmlands , veld and river on foot, cycle the tracks, discover the wildlife or simply enjoy the sweeping views of the Central Drakensberg from the wraparound verandah . The fireplaces in the lounge and dining room are ideal for cosy winter evenings indoors and the large fenced garden has both sunny and shady spots for daytime relaxing.

The Lookout, 195 Bester Street, Clarens

Forest Chalet - on farm outside Clarens

This self-catering open plan bachelor is fitted with a super comfortable king-size bed. It has a fully fitted kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, a dining table for two, a two seater couch and a wardrobe. This chalet also has its own little verandah which has the best view of all the accommodation on the farm. It has a truly spectacular view which goes on for ever. Ideal for a romantic getaway. Sleeps 2. *Minimum booking of 2 nights over weekends

Wyford - Garden Cottage

Wyford is a beautiful old school farm set in a valley just 2km off the N3 (about midway between Johannesburg and Durban) offering private self catering cottages. Wyford is great for families, especially with children, and good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It is of historical interest as it is situated on the first pass over the Drakensburg mountains used by the ox wagons taking supplies to the mines from the coast.

Oak Tree Cottage on De Molen Farm

Suitable for a couple, Oak Tree Cottage is quaint and compact, under thatch roof and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Kitchenette suitable for preparation of breakfasts or light meals, ideal for those who prefer to explore the cuisine in Clarens.
