It has a spilt system for cooling / heating. One bedroom with 2 double beds is shared in an open area upstairs. It’s a short walk to the local restaurant and the Delatite River . The house has a large front garden and deck with stunning views of the night sky . Great for skiing hiking and mountain biking .

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. It has tank water, which is fine to drink. Close to Marysville, Lake Mountain, and Alexandra. Kangaroos on the front lawn sometimes.
